Recent Real Estate Leases

Urban Air Bangor LLC leased 41,635 square feet of retail space at Airport Mall, Bangor from Acadia Realty Trust. Mark Malone, Malone Commercial Brokers, represented the landlord; Andrew Callahan, Venture Retail Partners, represented the tenant.

Guardian Pharmacy of Maine leased 13,378 square feet of retail space at 3 Business Parkway, Brunswick, from 3 Business Parkway LLC.  Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant, Greg Hastings, of The Dunham Group, represented the landlord.

Planet Fitness leased 11,500 square feet of retail space at 75 Maverick St. in Rockland (Rockland Plaza) from Rockland Plaza Realty Corp. Charlie Craig, from NAI The Dunham Group, brokered the lease.

Smiths True Fitness LLC leased 10,745 square feet of retail space at 499 Riverside Drive, Augusta from 60 Industrial Drive LLC for a fitness center. Peter Harrington, Malone Commercial Brokers, brokered the transaction.

Infinity Federal Credit Union leased 10,679 square feet of office space at 100 Larrabee Road in Westbrook from WB Larrabee LLC. Frank O’Connor, NAI The Dunham Group, brokered the lease.

Goodwill Industries of Northern New England leased 9,657 square feet of office space at 8 Science Park Road, Scarborough, from Contour Properties LLC. Andrew Ingalls, Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant; Chris Craig, NAI The Dunham Group, represented the landlord.

Northeast Career Schools of Maine Inc. leased 8,158 square feet of retail space at 730 Center St. in Auburn from GFI Auburn Plaza Realty LLC. Frank O’Connor and Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Ben Liess MD ENT Allergy and Audiology leased 3,515 square feet of medical office space at 144 US Route 1, Scarborough, from Spe-Ad Inc. Andrew Ingalls, Malone Commercial Brokers, represented the landlord; Samantha Marinko, The Boulos Co., represented the tenant.

Merchant Focus Processing Inc. leased 2,836 square feet of office space at 400 Riverside St., Portland from Income Property Management. Michael Anderson, Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant; Brice O'Connor, The Boulos Co., represented the landlord.

Mattress by Appointment leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at Airport Mall, Bangor from Acadia Realty Trust. Mark Malone, Malone Commercial Brokers, represented the Landlord. 

The Daily Sweat LLC leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at 65 Portland Road, Kennebunk (The Shops at Long Bank) from Property Partners LLC. Michael Anderson, Malone Commercial Brokers, brokered the transaction. 

Hooper Franchises dba Copper Branch leased 1,350 square feet of retail space at 0 Canal Plaza, Portland from Cow Plaza LLC.  Peter Harrington, Malone Commercial Brokers represented the landlord and Joe Malone & Jennifer Small, Malone Commercial Brokers, represented the tenant.

Bourbon Ventures leased 1,345 square feet of retail space at 50 Wharf St., Portland, from Deering Ave Associates and Wharf Property LLC. Peter Harrington, Malone Commercial Brokers, represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Rehabilitation leased 1,390 square feet of office/retail space at 6 Barra Road, Biddeford, from Venture III Holdings. Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz, Malone Commercial Brokers, brokered the transaction.
